Our TimeReporting.comSM
procedure for establishing an account requires the customer to provide us with company
contact and billing information. This information is treated as confidential and
is never shared with any third party. We use contact information to:
- Send customers information regarding use of demo accounts and the initialization
and management of a customer TimeReporting.comSM
account.
- Contact customers regarding customer service issues.
- Automatically send users time reporting reminders and/or alerts
- Create monthly invoices.

TimeReporting.comSMutilizes
email addresses as unique login names. When an account is established by a customer
company administrator, TimeReporting.comSM
sends the administrator(s) an initial password through an e-mail. It is recommended
that the administrator change the password upon login. The customer company administrator(s),
not TimeReporting.comSM,
manages all company specific user account information including passwords. We will
not give password information over the telephone to anyone. Upon a verfied company
account request, we will reset requested account passwords which will then be communicated
to the customer company administrator(s).
Customer company contact information and time tracking information are visible only
by customer company's administrator(s) and are not accessible to any other users
or non-users of the TimeReporting.comSM
web site. TimeReporting.comSM
utilizes industry standard methods to protect information from unauthorized access;
however, TimeReporting.comSMis
not responsible if a third party accesses customer information by breaching our
or our customers' administrators' security measures.
