How hard is it to set up an account with TimeReporting.comSM ?
It's quick and easy to set-up an account with TimeReporting.comSM! Start by going to the Sign Up drop down menu and
click on New Customers. At this point, you'll be asked for specific information that
will allow you to set up your account. After providing that information you will
be notified via e-mail that your request for your personalized URL has been received;
shortly thereafter, you'll receive confirmation that your account is up and running.

supports all versions of Microsoft Explorer and Netscape 8.x. Netscape users must

Can I assign a project task to more than one team?
Yes, simply go to the Administrator menu, and click on Project Codes. Upon
selecting a Project, you'll be presented with a list of Project Tasks. Select
a Task. You'll be presented with the list of Teams assigned to the Task. Click
on Add Team to assign a Team to this Task. Click on Add Team again to assign
an additional Team.
Can I create my own reports?

by using any ODBC or OLE-DB compliant reporting tool, such as Crystal Reports and

Yes, you can restrict users from billing against certain project tasks by going to the
Administrator menu and clicking on Project Codes. Upon selecting a
Project, you'll be presented with a list of Project Tasks. Select a Task.
You'll be presented with the list of Teams assigned to the Task. By default
all Teams are assigned to a Task. To restrict who can bill time to this Task,
click on Add Team to assign a specific Team to this Task. Click on Add Team
again to assign an additional Team. You may also enter the maximum
amount of hours for the Task by going to Max Allowed Hours. To restrict logging
hours against the Task (always within the maximum hours allocated for the Task),
simply check off the Prevent Entries at Max and click Update.
I don't need to track my employees' time against projects and tasks. I run a medical office and just need to track regular work time versus sick time, vacation time and so on. Isn't TimeReporting.comSM
